Here are a few suggestions you can consider to foster your connection with nature:
- walk barefoot in the grass (shown to improve sleep!)
- take a walk in your neighborhood greenspace – notice the veining on a single leaf or the intricate design in the center of a flower
- hug a tree and assess how you feel
